Residents who live within the Terrell City Limits may rent the community room for parties. The refundable $50 deposit is returned when the community room is left in good condition after the rental. The rental fee is $25 for up to four hours and $50 for four or more hours. Non-profit organizations are not required to pay a rental fee (proof of non-profit required). Groups may not charge admission or conduct fundraising activities at the park. Call 972-551-6614 for reservation information, or reserve online. Reservation rental fees must be paid in full a minimum of 48 hours prior to the rental date/time.
