SALARY: Salary ranges are designed to be competitive with area industries and municipalities.
SOCIAL SECURITY: Participating agency; one to one match
RETIREMENT SYSTEM: Texas Municipal Retirement System: Employee contributes 7% biweekly: City matches 2:1
LONGEVITY PAY: $4.00 per year after 1st year of employment.
VACATION: 6.67 hours per month
SICK: 8 hours per month
HOLIDAYS: 11 paid days per year
EMERGENCY LEAVE: 3 days per year
